it depends on how you interpret this. but there is tug of war, those fleeing the under
performing stocks tug them down, and as they flee to perceived safety, pulling these
stock up higher. the problem arises if the mutual fund does not invest in one of these
"safe" stocks, then we have no balance.

I agree again with your assessment. The article was not clear on what they meant. It sounded as though they were referring to CPQ, INTC and MOT.
