John- Perhaps, it would be best to, first, protect the money you've made. Then, sit back and decide what to do next. Earning 2% a year doing nothing is not exactly punishment. Giving back 25% of your profits, is. And that can happen in a heartbeat. It seems that most people want to take the entire pie. I'm happy to take the middle two thirds (I've had my "100% entitlement" taken from me once too often). One lesson learned is that the best feeling in investing is having plenty of cash when "shit is happening". And "shit will happen" when those exits doors get crammed. When will that be? Don't know and don't care..........cuz I won't be there. But it will happen and it'll be quick and harsh, imo. As Clint would say: "So, tell me, are you feelin' lucky today?
