The resource requirements of Win98 are likely to be identical to those of Win95. Win98 is not much more than Win95 OSR2 plus IE4 plus all of the various add, fix and patch files that are already available. The additional components that are new will not make a significant difference in overall resource requirements.

That said, I do expect to see a "bump" in new PC sales when it is released and becomes available. Hype and sex both sell, after all.
