Dear Howard,

Apparently, your info is more up to date than mine on SYNM. The last I had heard is that Sweetwater was a go, but ANYWAY it proves my point that it is not just a matter of hooking up one catalytic converter into an existing methanol plant. Some fairly complex engineering is involved as well as some heavy financing.

I don't what RTk projects its breakeven point to be for the conversion of waste oil to white gas(?), but for Sasol its break even point on Natural Gas converted to liquid white gas (and thats where the money is--forget the speciality chemicals--they're just the dessert) is when crude is selling for at least $18 a barrel. The liquid white gas promeses to command a premium in those urban areas that have smog problems because the white gas produces hardly no emissions.

Do you have any other source of information other than RTK for your assertion that there technolgy is superior? IN fact, I would like to know what is your source for that assertion.

Thanks.

Bill
