PICK®Sat Inc., is a US company with its operations center in Miami,
FL. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of PICK® Communications Corp., a
publicly traded long distance carrier that sells access minutes through
Prepaid Phone Cards and other sales channels. PICK®
Communications Corp. is also the owner of PICK®Net, an intercontinental carrier of telephony and
data traffic. PICK®Sat Inc. is a broadband IP-based, satellite-based carrier for new-media interactive
services.

The PICK®Sat platform enables any client the ability to offer to a market of their choice a bouquet of
IP-based services which can include digital interactive television, radio, web content push, and
high-speed Internet access. The PICK®Sat network can support almost any speed of data delivery
from just a few kilobits to tens of megabits per second to many distributed points in real time.
Currently, these services can be made avaiable today in North and South America, the Caribbean,
Western Europe, and North Africa. Other satellite footprints are being considered for accommodating
specific client needs.

PICK®Sat leases space segment (satellite capacity), freeing it from the costs of owning and
maintaining transponders or other segments of the broadband network. This in turn lowers the cost of
entry for companies that wish to set up a broadband satellite service for new-media content
distribution or any other "one-to-many" project.
