All - may drift back a little but I incresased holding a little today because i feel that the merger will not be far off. The CEO stated that his goal was to resolve the merger as quickly as possible. it seems that he has done everything possible to make it a "clean deal". My advice is to hold tight and see what kind of deal he can get. Bill
