It's easy for me to speculate since I no longer hold RSYS. My guess is that todays tank is in sympathy to CTNs demise.
Any hint of impropriety, real or not, will destroy a stock short term.

I hope RSYS makes its way back, Lutts finally put a sell on CTN, I don't know about RSYS.
