Correction, >>I noticed from the Meeting announcement that Intel exercised their option and picked up an additional 214,793 shares. Of course PTEC picked up an additional $2,765,862.61 in cash! I noticed Note 3 that states they have until March 1 to exercised the warrant for the 214,793 shares. They are showing the total Intel holdings as 6.5% as if they had been exercised but apparently they have not been. I would imagine that INTC holds on to the cash until the last minute? Marc
