I'll admit "take off" is subjective and subject to interpretation. In retrospect, I should not have used that expression. I meant to imply a definitive (and hopeful) movement upward from the $7-$8 basing territory. I certainly didn't mean for it to infer, shall we say, "sky rocket".

I agree with your assessment. You articulated the gist of my post much better than I did. But I would certainly consider, at this point in time, GTIS possibly going from $8 to a new base of $12 in the short term a nice, and much desired, "take off". I will caution myself myself about using such imprecise terminology in the future.
