My belief for the depressed price for POKR is related to its low visibility on the investor screen. IMO the falling value of AVIA is the utter absence of communication with this company and the lack of knowledge about its assets. Neither company has made a sincere effort to promote their stock values. I make no judgement as to why they are doing this, but I sincerely believe that whatever reasons they harbor, it must in the end benefit both companies because all the principals involved know that their net worth will be enhanced by higher stock values.

I have no idea about how long it would take to convert POKR to AVIA and if this would hinder a trade. My guess is that it would occur very quickly and that this should not be a concern as to which company to buy. If there is anyone else that can enlighten us about these mergers and the stock manipulation mechanisms, please join in. However, it stands to reason that those who currently own POKR benefit more as the AVIA value is depressed since their stock value will be less diluted in the new company. This, of course, is my hope but as the deal nears completion, my guess is that AVIA will climb. The best scenario would be for the AVIA stockholders to realize this situation and sell their position and transfer their assets to POKR.

We're in a very nice position. I agree with zookeeper when he/she noted that the accounting was being sanitized for more serious activities in the future....i.e. becoming a fully reporting company and ascending to the NASDAQ small cap board. This is my vision for this company and I believe it will happen soon.
