Hi, N2,

Thanks for the comment on Vista Medical. I believe that its IPO has already occurred, however. VMTI closed at 9 3/4 on Friday. It went public in early July. The prospectus tells me that 12,797,528 shares were to be outstanding after the IPO which puts its capitalization at 124.8 million. I don't have any more descriptive information than can be found in its registration.
