tinyurl.com
Residential foreclosure postings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area were up 33 percent for January, according to Foreclosure Listing Service.

More than 3,000 homes were in default of mortgages and scheduled for next month's foreclosure sale.

The biggest increase was in Tarrant County, where home foreclosure postings were up 34 percent.

To expect big interest rate hikes into this kind of news is silly IMO

Treasuries are of course another matter, but I still expect under 4 on the 10 yr next year. Just not betting on it.
