Jon Stept: I am going to guess that I have a great deal more at stake here than you do fella and I think Gates is doing exactly the right thing. MSFT has the case law on their side and to prove how lost the government hired gun was in presenting the final arguments for the DOJ he had to be prompted by the judge on how to prosecute the case. We are out of the court histrionics phase and into the law and the law is on the side of MSFT. Why should MSFT cave in to the extortion of DOJ. I give Gates great credit for making this stand. Indeed he has quite a bit at stake as well.JFD
