Tony: Perhaps it is not just the legal expertise of the lawyers. Maybe Gates and Co. are naive in how the Washington baksheish (sp?) game works or were too upright to take that path. JFD PS.As you know Tony INTC is a very large holding of mine and I have always been pro-INTC but they may have a different "style" which, although expedient, might not be the high road.
