STARVATION KILLED GIRL, 15, POLICE IN JANESVILLE SAY

"A 15-year-old girl who suffered from cerebral palsy and
weighed barely 15 pounds when taken to a hospital in
Janesville, Wis., died of starvation and dehydration,
Janesville police said Monday."

"Initial police reports indicated Kay Kuffer weighed 15
pounds 1 ounce and was 42 inches tall when she arrived at
the hospital and was pronounced dead. "
