THis doesn't address the problem of orange inundation, but that reminds me of my favorite salad-whatever lettuce-Romaine, bibb, red--sliced strawberries, walnuts, cubes of Jack cheese, and a red wine vinegar dressing, although I'm addicted to the Knott's Farm raspberry dressing.
