I have always been under the understanding that they were not going to buy back the shares until they had the capital to do so. This is not new news. The buy back also was not going to be any of the shares in the float, but to buy more controlling interest in their aquisitions. Give the guy a break. He has always been up front with us. Stop nick picking him. If you're long term don't sweat it. The MM's are controlling the share price as Ron pointed out. They'll eventually go long which I would expect in the near future and then your biggest problem will be not being able to buy enough shares. Keep the faith. PHANTOM
