Phoenix, your asking great questions, that I should know, but I do not. I should certainly know if it's based on NASD, NYSE, Russel 5000, but I do not. I will Call Tc 2000 sometime soon and ask, and i thank you for your questions to get me to think. All I know is when it turns red, watch out if you are long.
