NEWS on PERF: PERF ( 3 3/4) rejects 6.05 offer from Polak Group for the company.
They are now making an offer of $40 mil dollars for NovaQuest InfoSystems, a privately
held company. NovaQuest had revenues of 170 million dollars last year and
expects over 200 million in revenues this year. NovaQuest is a reseller of
micro-computers to Fortune 1000 companies and they have an electronic commerce
system. This would be a great fit for PERF.
