(OTCBB:CCGI) Tuesday announced that the company has formed an alliance with Houston-based
Interlucent Solutions Inc. to provide Web development services and support for ComTech and its
affiliates.
Interlucent provides innovative yet practical solutions to all of its commercial clients with Internet,
Intranet, Extranet or digital delivery communication needs. ComTech will utilize expertise of
Interlucent's management team and Web developers as they ramp up increased Internet activities
in the coming months.
ComTech Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Walter Davis commented on the new relationship:
