Looks like a $4 million charge this quarter plus the dilution from the 2.8 mil shares of treasury staock. The company release mentioned a cancelled IPO for Neutronics which was scheduled for today. I wonder if there is a European equivalent of an S-3 floating around that might give us some insight into Neutronics' profitability. KenZ
