4. kevin has about 750k shares incentive to stay on the up and up. not to mention the nice commish checks that he's receiving. this is a lot of incentive, imho. if oj did the dirty deed he was accused of, do you think he'd kill again? i'd bet you he wouldn't. he went through too much. i'll bet that the lesson has been learned by kevin, too. the multi-million dollar incentive provides an added level of insurance.

5. nfli is trading at an 11 pe. i believe that a minimum 10% q to q eps growth should be expected (not 100% q to q like before ;-). they're operating eps dipped about 13% last q, but this was not to be unexpected. after all, the state attorney generals, in all their grandeur, said that people that participated in the instant exec program did so at their own risk (the program was found legal, though the name was changed - whoopty do ;-) any company would find it difficult to do business with this type of threat.
