Dear Kenneth, I watched the opening of the Olympics last night and was certain to hear a poor reception for USA. Well the best reception of course was for China. The next best for Iraq was terrific and the next best for the USA, The rest of the entrants got little crowd recognition. Iran got quite a bit less reaction than did the US or Iraq. Ireland got an fairly nice reception. What happened to the "world hates America" nonsense....oh I get it. Obama cured that around the world already! Maybe all we needed was to share some beer.
