D.Z: Well my fears expressed at #3814 came to pass. With 3 mths to next earnings and a forecast for the next Q that is likely to be neutral to -ve, I expect VLSI to trend sideways to down.

It may be wiser to remain on the side lines for a month or so. This will indicate how the trend is firming up. If the stock trends up during this time, the gain is not likely to be large.
