I am hoping someone can help me.

My wife downloaded an e-mail that she was going to open on MICROSOFT WORD ME 2000. It did something to the program that we can no longer access it. All we can get is the very first part of the program after you hit the icon. I did notice it did say USER: UNKNOWN. I don't know if this has anything to cause the program not to work or what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
