INFORMATION: As I mentioned previously, I never phone companies But somebody I know did it and got call back from IR today This is what he told me : 20MM authorized 15MM issued!!! : I thought it was 6MM 6MM float: I thought it was 3.9MM There some think I don't like too much. Also, he was told that they were expecting to submit back report in 2 weeks and get SEC comments and be back on the market beginning of next year. How come the number of shares has been multiplied by more than 2 ? If somebody as some explaination I would appreciate it I am really thinking of bailing now anybody as a comment ? :( Archie
