While we were thinking currency crisis, stocks move with rates,
under normal derivatives times. Given that rates soared last
week, a huge short term rally is quite possible. We are back
to quasi-normal times, when this derivative quant stuff works
and black swans are resting due to huge Fed liquidity in the
markets. Of course, all of this is abnormal.
