lwc.v - what do you see happening with Leeward, hank? ... didn't get all i wanted, got left sitting on the bid last tuesday, don't know whether to add or sell to freebies and file the rest ... if ble.to will want the property, are they most likely to 1. pay up bigtime and make us all rich real quick, or 2. wait and see how cheap they can get a more advanced project? ... i hear Kaiser has thoughts out on this, haven't seen them yet but understand he leans to 'they'll want it'
