Here is an earlier report from Briefing.com: "...09:17 ET Sun Microsystems (SUNW) 42 13/16: -- Update -- Stock has been weak in pre-market due to aforementioned short-selling report that apparently cited slowing sales at Sun distributors, but we're hearing that analysts are now arguing that there should be slowing at Sun distributors because Sun is shifting to a direct sales model via the web; stock has rebounded to 42 5/16...." Is Sunw's direct sales model for the low end servers those done through E-Bay? Or does Sunw sell these directly from the Web site? EKS
