Electra: Some 13's take off immediately, others settle back and then resume their up move, while others settle back and stay there... OMGA shot out of a cannon as soon as its 10 day RS average crossed its 50 day MA... I normally wait for a pullback to buy unless RS is really strong... Right now OMGA could be bought on a pullback to the 11 1/2 to 11 5/8 area which sits on the 13 day MA line... Jim
