Nice day for the many who've been punished here for so long.

Joe, it would appear that someone has taken a significant position here, however a takeover is a bit of a stretch IMO. I think we saw some "real" buying followed by a bunch of momentum (like me).

With all the street focus on small caps and small company stocks these days, it's not a total surprise to see someone buy some SYQT. The recent insider buys coupled with the bright outlook for removables (Disk/Trend) may have been enough to tip the scales towards a commitment by some fund.

I took a large trading position myself in the high 2s shortly after the big volume hit. I sold half for a quick 1/4 point and will sell the rest tomorrow (probably early morning) depending on the activity. It should be fun to watch and play, and should be worth some major pocket money.

(BTW, I'm still holding a very bearish opinion of the EdHeads and their company, but I can't pass up a good trading play when I see one.)
