This administration is very good at getting its spin out. Per Tenchu's first rule of partisanship, they claim the opposition is doing it, and that gives them a free hand in doing it themselves. So they can claim that Media Matters and Soros is sending out memos and waving a baton to cover for the fact that is exactly what they are doing.
