Cross boarder attacks are going UP in Afghanistan, not down. A major part of the reason for that is Al Queada has a safe haven there.

You really don't think Iran's power has increased in the Middle East? They now have proxies in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan and Pakistan.
