JF2155, your right, 1/2 would scare most investors, but it would not hold things down long. I think the markets probably factored in a 1/4 already.

But, I think Green won't raise anything yet, foreign markets and economies won't repair overnight. They began the cuts just last Oct.

Hopefully in the next week or two when this is behind us Ebay will break through again.

They raise rates now, they'll be hanging themselves.
