I actually bought ICIX at 63 and change. I should have put more into it though. I just put about 10 % of my portfolio in it. I was waiting for a pull back to double my position. Perhaps now that it has been upgraded it will pull back and let me buy more. It really is a pretty compelling story. These guys will be very large within a couple years.
