Rationale for SUNW to rise after the court rulings was not that the market will rise and take SUNW up. Those that sold as a result of rumour caused the drop. Those same people would normally have bought back when the denial hit the press. However, with an iminent ruling, they would have held back their buying until the outcome was known. Now that it is known, I expect SUNW to realign itself with the Nas.
