Think I should sneak back in Costco with my Sharpie marker and scribble, oh, "PIG'S EARS ARE FULL OF SALMONELLA" on the palette? They're sposed to be heated to 70 Centigrade for 24 hours? I'm betting they don't do it until somebody "prods" them. And I learned they're fried. We'll never see Sun-dried Ears for Gourmet Dogs.
