The real question is: How do you get a chad pregnant without penetration? Yeah, no kiddin'. Reminds me of those debates we had back in junior high school. I'm amazed at how people who have never touched a punch style ballot claim it is impossible to not punch it and leave a clean hole.* It happened all the time back at my old precinct (hanging chads, no holes.) Thankfully those old lady election judges suggested you go back and repunch or pick if off yourself before in went into the sleve and into the ballot box. In retrospect they were exceptional at their jobs. Under a crush of heavy voters like in the last election, do doubt even they missed more than a few. The real question is "Does a pregnant chad have a right to chose?" Republicans, true to form, are saying, "No!" *(If I recall one of the resiedent "experts" on how these cards should be counted...actually not counted...just figured out within the past couple of days that the cards were read at a central location as though this was a surprise.)
