Pas de consultations citoyennes, pas de BAPE, pas de commission parlementaire, pas de commission itinérantes, pas de règlement spécial ou de loi, pas de directives gouvernementales et pas de tout ce que je peux oublier et qui se fait au «Québec vert» pour obtenir un tel permis.
