Franco and all1,

Cooper approval news release is latest on Cabec web site. I won't bother to copy it as most of you probably have the site address booked.

I agree that is is nice to see Cabec accomplish what they said that they were going to do, but $1 or $2 this week seems a bit of a reach to me (although I would be very happy to be wrong!!!). I just think that it will take longer than that for the word to get out _and_ for the general public to see value here.

My search on both 'Tulsa Industries, Inc.' and 'Trent Ladshaw' did not get any hits, so TI is probably another small or start-up company. May not even be a public co yet. Maybe RC is going to take another one public as with PPP? If anyone on the thread lives in the Tulsa area (I assume thats where the co is located) could you please do some checking on TI for the rest of us?

It appears that the sale of Cooper to TI was a part of the plan that was approved by the bankruptcy judge and the creditors so there would also appear to be substancial merit to what they intend to do.

I originally became interested in Cabec as a small holding co and the retained 3% royalty on sales and 15% _undiluted_ ownership is in line with what I thought that they would do (although not quite how I expected them to do it). I wish I (we) could get a copy of the complete re-org. plan, but I doubt that is possible (come on, someone prove me wrong by getting us copy).

Franco, you said "<he GIVES IT TO CBNR because of CBNR's strong management!>". I don't know for sure how strong the management team is, but I get the distinct inpression that the management team is _very_thin_. A couple or three people seem to be trying to do everything. If the management of both TI and PPP are capible of handling their respective cos without a lot of help from Cabec then I think that Cabec's other ventures, current and future, will benifit greatly.

Hopefully we will get another, and _in_depth_, Chairmans Chat soon that will answer some of our questions. Also hoping to finally see the long awaited financial reports.

Franco, you also mentioned a shareholder meeting on Dec 13. Am I the only one that hasn't heard about this yet??? Please give me (us) some additional details; where, when, etc.

To work, to work before I'm late for a very inportant date. Before anyone calls my wife, that date is 'starting time' (vbg).

Regards, Bob
