Hi Thom. I'll be interested in reading Vartan's answer. I read the news release and I didn't see what the offering price was; so maybe people think it will be higher than the current price. Technically, these things aren't supposed to be dilutive if the money used brings in new revenue (especially when it's used to make a reasonable acquistion); so if it's a good, growing company, then its not a bad thing. Those people buying the new stock, presumably, expect it to go higher, as well, which suggests current prices are reasonable. That seems to have worked the last time this company sold stock (at $4.80 Canadian). On the other hand, I've seen many companies which use their temporary popularity to sell lots of stock and then never deliver. I wish I could say which is the correct scenario, but the company hasn't got enough of a track record for me to say.
