hedger,I only watch few penny stocks in SVB, so I have no comments to make on jba. etc. In penny stock speculation, my approach is to look for a very low price stock [ i.e. I make sure that it is 100% sure it is bottomed and and no problems for roll-backs, or went under type.] So I start to use technical analysis to identify them, only this kind of pattern could prove it works, too high prices stock is too risk you see.
