CEU has had a nice breakout after earnings yesterday. The stock is still cheap with a pristine balance sheet. This type of business can generate a great deal of free cash flow as evidence by the jump in cash in their balance sheet this quarter. Of course, it's a Chinese stock, so there is the proverbial discount on its valuation due to the way the country works (state capitalism etc.) finviz.com
