I've seen two of Stone's movies. Platoon, which was notable for its realistic battle scenes, but disgusting for its disrespect of the GIs, comparing one to Christ and showing them all blowing weed through a rifle barrel. The other was WTC. I actually stayed awake, even though most of the action was so nearly dark as to remain unwatchable.

I disliked WTC because it showed none of the outrage that we all felt against the perpetrators.

Congrats should go to you on the grub . I have no thread topic to compare with number of posts you have.
