Depends on the machine and how it's set up. Careful when you go into BIOS not to change anything without knowing what you are doing. Reboot the machine. Start pressing the "DEL" button as it reboots. The BIOS page will come up. It will probably ask you for a password. The password would have been put there by the guys who built the machine to stop some unwary persons from accidently changing things. You can arrow (page) up and down to select the "health status" page if you have one. The MB in question does. It will typically tell you what the rpms are of the fans and the "indicated temperature" of the CPU. The upper spec for the Athlon in question in 95 deg C. which is real hot btw. The indicated temperatures on the Athlons I used are 45 to 55 deg C Use the "ESC" button to get out of the BIOS, you may have to select "Y" to say "yes" for "I do not want to change anything". Again it depends on your system. WARNING. I am not an expert. Maybe an "advanced user", and therefore a danger to my PC -g-
