I do not think that INTC's action today is ALL attributable to a downgrade by Solomon. INTC's action is profit taking pure and simple. My god, most reports I heard this morning was that "Intel is up **again**!" and that worried *me*. I am far more comfortable "testing the level" of 104 (or 100 for that matter) than INTC rising to uncharted valuation that might raise concerns about stablity. We have seen tremendous growth here--time for a little rest.

Take it easy, the sky is not falling.
