Pr-Ac Man, Does that mean that the WP deal won't appear in the newsletter??? Also, who is Grant Thornton?? Is he one of ours or one of theirs?? Thanks. Grant Thornton is a medium sized accounting firm. Not quite Big 6. By nature, they should be neither ours nor theirs but independent. I'm pretty sure that they are our auditors though, so I guess you could call them one of ours. I also think that the company acquiring the company also hires the DD company; again one of ours. Grant
