"...make Barry eat those words..." That's okay with me. Don't get too excited, yet, though-- $11.50 isn't exactly nosebleed territory. Nick Petreley is, of course, right about Microsoft and its marketing practices. However, too many people in this thread's discussion seem to feel a correlation exists between Microsoft's and Novell's stock prices, or between NT's success/failure and Novell's stock price. That correlation doesn't exist. Novell's stock price has been in the cellar because Novell's management paid no attention to enhancing shareholder value. Gates is irrelevant.
