This one promises to be the next Amgen EPO battle (a legal battle that still rages on and may not expire before the patents due).

I wouldn't expect a conclusive answer on this for several years (unless it goes very badly for Synteni, or INCY settles).

This does pose some interesting questions re: the INCY/AFFX relationship, no matter how nice they try to keep it.
