Registering to sell and actually selling are two separate events. How can we determine if the registered sales were actually done and at what price ? I know an insider at INPR. I am told that hard core Inprise folks, the ones that never jumped ship, see the potential behind INPR and would never sell out this cheaply.

So if there is selling going on, which appears to be the case, why is there no accumulation going on ? I wonder what percentage of the shorts covered during the rally.

We need some good news from HQ to begin an upswing.

Re: IT Managers not caring if their products are open sourced: Open source will give most IT shops many more options and enhancements than one vendor is willing/able to provide, and probably quicker.
